About Event

Join I AM WATER and Oceanic Global for an immersive experience entitled “Ocean Connection” to return to the breath, the body, and the sea on Wednesday, 11th June from 7:30am-9am at Ocean House.

In celebration of the UN Ocean Conference, join us for an opening ceremony with Sonic Weaver & Indigenous Elder, Whaia, guided breathwork by world-renowned freediver Hanli Prinsloo, followed by an ocean immersion, breath-hold experience, and a sharing circle with special guests.

What to Bring: Swimwear, towel, water bottle & open heart. No previous experience needed. Changing rooms are available but we suggest arriving in your swimwear.
