​The premier player experience gathering during gamescom week, held at Cologne's most beautiful garden venue.

Helpshift and k-ID are hosting an invite-only reception for 100+ senior gaming industry leaders from across EMEA. For leaders and practitioners in Customer or Player Experience, Trust & Safety, Game Communities and Player Retention, Product and CTO/Technical, we invite you to join your peers in the ivy-walled garden courtyard of Restaurant Augustin, a landmark venue in Cologne's historic old town.

​What to Expect
Flying dinner buffet. Curated wines, cocktails, and Kölsch on tap. Hours of open networking across the garden and indoor spaces. A practitioner talk from someone worth hearing (details coming soon), and lots of fun surprises we're keeping under wraps...for now.
