As the way we work rapidly evolves, so does your role as a leader. You are navigating change yourself while being expected to create clarity, trust and stability for the people you lead.
Each 90-minute session gives you space to reflect on how you lead and the challenges you face, learn from the perspectives of other leaders, and walk away with practical tools you can put into practice right away.

Greta has never fit neatly into one label, one city, or one story. Growing up in Hungary, she was endlessly curious and determined to experience all that life had to offer. She spent more than two decades helping people navigate growth, leadership, and change while building a successful career of her own inside one of the world's most demanding institutions.
Some of life's greatest lessons, however, came far away from any office. They came while watching a sunrise in the African wilderness, moving across continents, starting over in a new country, and learning to trust herself when there was no clear roadmap ahead.
Today, Greta helps women navigate life's transitions with greater clarity, courage, and self-trust. She believes that while circumstances change, the answers we seek are already within us. Sometimes we simply need the space, the questions, and the courage to hear them.
