Nardo Manaloto is the Managing Partner of Qubits Ventures, where he invests in the foundational technologies shaping the future of computing, intelligence, and frontier infrastructure. A global investor, systems architect, and ecosystem builder, he collaborates with founders, governments, enterprises, universities, and research institutions to accelerate innovation in quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, next-generation computing, semiconductors, and deep-tech ecosystems. With more than 25 years of leadership in AI, enterprise technology, and innovation, Nardo is a sought-after international keynote speaker and advisor whose work focuses on building the companies and ecosystems that will define the next era of human progress.

Nic Arguelles is Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Quantum Chain, the leading provider of quantum-secure infrastructure for financial institutions, enabling quantum-safe payments and digital-asset management. As CMSO, she leads the company’s market positioning, institutional partnerships and commercial strategy.

Before joining the emerging technology sector, Nic worked with leading multinational companies in FMCG, specializing in commercial planning and supply-chain management. Her background enables her to apply proven commercial strategies and operational discipline within a highly technical and rapidly evolving industry.

Earl Kenneth Lacida is an Electronics Engineer with over a decade of experience in IC design. As IP Development Business Group Supervisor at Xinyx Semiconductor Design Services, he leads engineering teams in developing and verifying IP cores and foundational IP libraries across advanced technology nodes. A cum laude graduate of De La Salle University, Earl placed fifth in the 2014 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination.
