​Before joining the emerging technology sector, Nic worked with leading multinational companies in FMCG, specializing in commercial planning and supply-chain management. Her background enables her to apply proven commercial strategies and operational discipline within a highly technical and rapidly evolving industry.

​Earl Kenneth Lacida is an Electronics Engineer with over a decade of experience in IC design. As IP Development Business Group Supervisor at Xinyx Semiconductor Design Services, he leads engineering teams in developing and verifying IP cores and foundational IP libraries across advanced technology nodes. A cum laude graduate of De La Salle University, Earl placed fifth in the 2014 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination.
