About Event

A morning run designed to move together and end the week.

We’ll meet at 10:30 at Hotel Arts for an easy, flat run open to all levels. Whether you run regularly, prefer a relaxed pace, or are just getting started.

The group moves together using a simple regroup system, so everyone runs at their own rhythm and no one gets left behind.

A simple way to clear your head, move your body, and switch off after the day.

On Sunday we run.

A small group session designed to break the routine and bring some movement into February. No pressure, no performance focus, just consistency and good energy.

Manel, our host and running coach, will guide the session with a simple structure suitable for all levels. Expect 45 to 60 minutes, around 5 km, with short pauses to naturally regroup so everyone runs at their own pace.

Maximum 12 spots to keep it relaxed and social. We finish with a coffee nearby, turning the run into more than just a workout.

What To Expect:

✨ A guided run led by an OTC host designed for all levels

✨ 45 to 60 minutes of easy running covering approximately 5 km with short regrouping pauses

✨ Social Gathering for curious minds (optional).

Timeline:

10:20 – Guests arrive at the meeting point at Hotel Arts and short explanation of the run format.

10:30 – Easy group run begins, led by the OTC host. The run lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes, with short pauses along the way to regroup, drink water and rest.

11:30 – Run ends and the group regathers.

11:35 – Walk together to Nudes for a social moment.

Please arrive on time to make the most of the experience.

How the run works

To make sure no one feels bored or held back, we’ll use a very simple group-running formula: • Everyone runs at their own comfortable pace • At each crossing or agreed checkpoint, the faster runners turn back briefly to pick up the last person, then continue forward • This way, faster runners add a bit more distance, the group naturally regroups, and no one is left behind

It keeps the group together while respecting different levels and rhythms.

Your Host: Manel Bernal

Manel Bernal has spent over 20 years leading people as an HR exec — but labels don’t really fit him. He’s a marathon runner turned running coach, a sea fisherman, a car trader, an amateur tennis lover, and the founder of a plant-based restaurant he built from scratch — and somehow made thrive.

He’s been to 25 concerts in 8 countries in a single year and can probably fix your Brompton… or your mood. After a breakup, he quit alcohol completely, wrote a book (yes, it’s on Amazon), and decided to make life bigger, lighter, and full of new people. That’s why he’s here — for real conversations, good vibes, and nights that turn into stories.
