​About Jenny Ming

​Jenny Ming is the Chief Executive Officer of Rothy’s, Inc., the fast-growing retailer of stylish, sustainable footwear and accessories. Serving as Independent Director on Rothy’s Board since June 2022, Ms. Ming joined the Company full time in January 2024 and today leads Rothy’s as the business scales via retail, wholesale, and international expansion. 
 
Prior to joining Rothy’s, Ms. Ming held various executive roles at Gap, Inc. including Founder and President of Old Navy from 1993 through 2006, where she led all aspects of Old Navy and its 900 retail clothing stores in the U.S. and Canada. Ms. Ming then joined specialty retailer Charlotte Russe, where as President and Chief Executive Officer she oversaw over 600 stores across the United States from 2010-2019. 
 
In addition to Rothy’s Board, Ms. Ming has previously served on the Boards of Kendra Scott, Poshmark and Affirm and currently serves on the Boards of Levi Strauss & Co., and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan & Hospitals. Ms. Ming is deeply passionate about mentoring the next generation of women in business, and she's been recognized by Fortune, Business Week, Wall Street Journal and the New York Times for her outstanding leadership in business.

​We're excited to have Jyothi Rao, SALUTE Board Member and CEO, Board Director & Strategic Advisor, as our moderator. Jyothi Rao is an accomplished retail executive with deep experience leading omni- channel and digitally native businesses at Intermix, Gilt Groupe, Calvin Klein, Banana Republic, and Gap. She is now a Board Member and Advisor to J Jill, Bubble Beauty, Contentsquare, Careismatic Brands and SALUTE.

​As the CEO of INTERMIX, Jyothi established the company as a leading boutique retailer, elevating the brand and making it a coveted place to shop for fashion enthusiasts. At Gilt-Groupe, she led the fashion verticals during the brand’s most explosive phase of growth. She led the launch of the specialty retail business at Calvin Klein as well as high-growth profitable businesses at Gap and Banana Republic.

​Jyothi serves on the Board of J Jill, a public company where she is on the Compensation Committee as well as the Nominating Governance & ESG Committee. She also serves on the board of Careismatic Brands, the largest PE-backed medical apparel supplier. She is an Advisor to the Tik Tok sensation, Bubble Beauty, one of the fastest growing Gen Z skincare brands in the beauty sector. She is also an advisor to Contentsquare, a leading AI data analytics company. In addition, Jyothi was a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group and now has her own consulting practice. Jyothi is on the Board of SALUTE, a non-profit organization with a mission to advance South Asian women leaders.

Relina is a global real estate and workplace transformation executive and former management consultant with over 25 years of experience leading, building & inspiring successful teams to deliver results/projects on the convergence of real estate and technology. With a broad and deep experience in business transformation, digital real estate strategies, cost reduction, real estate portfolio planning, location analysis & operations, Relina is a trusted advisor to business leaders and executive teams.

​She has led real estate transformations to improve employee and workplace experience. She is an industry leader in corporate real estate, workplace experience, workplace design and the future of work. Relina has a track record of outstanding performance while tackling increasing scope and responsibility and has consistently been recognized for vision, strategy, leadership, execution, communication skills and D&I excellence. Known as a strategic, pragmatic problem solver and extraordinary manager and team leader, she is an advisor to executives for site selection, capital investments and future of work.

​Relina is currently EVP, Real Estate and Workplace Services at Salesforce. In her role, she is responsible for Salesforce’s global real estate strategy, overseeing the company’s real estate portfolio, comprised predominantly of leased properties with approximately 7 million sf, across 30 countries, 98 cities, 10 Towers and 92 offices. Relina is responsible for leading a diverse team of 1000 professional and all real estate functions at Salesforce including leasing, dispositions, optimization, delivery and design, operations, events and culinary as well as creating one-of-a-kind experiences for Salesforce’s employees and customers.

​Relina led Salesforce’s Return to Office strategy partnering closely with the executive management team and leads the attendance data reporting strategy. Relina is responsible for the $650 million real estate portfolio restructuring efforts with significant non-GAAP P&L savings. She led the investment and creation of high talent - low cost hubs in Mexico City (250,000 sf) and Bangalore (850,000 sf). She partners with CFO, CEO, COO and presents to the Real Estate committee of the Salesforce Board of Directors on large scale Salesforce Tower developments, investments and transformation efforts.

​A key focus for Relina is reimagining how Salesforce spaces are used in the future of work — leading with productivity and innovation. Relina recently spearheaded a new Real Estate CRM and workplace innovation function to partner with business leaders and ensuring Artificial Intelligence/Humans + Agents together are at the heart of all real estate and workplace operations. In line with Salesforce’s core value of Sustainability, Relina is passionate about smart and sustainable buildings and is focused on the role of technology in sustainable design and operations.

​Prior to joining Salesforce, Relina led Real Estate and Workplace Services at Stripe, managing the company’s 1.5 million sf real estate portfolio. Previously, she was Managing Director of Real Estate and Workplace Services at Google Cloud, managing 15 million sf of Google’s 50 million sf real estate portfolio and worked at Cisco as part of the Real Estate practice and as the global lead for Connected Real Estate and Workplace. Prior to Cisco, Relina was Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects at Forest City Ratner, a subsidiary of Forest City Enterprises, a publicly traded real estate developer/REIT. Prior to Forest City, she was a senior leader of the engineering, construction and real estate consulting practice at Ernst & Young, New York for more than five years. Relina also served as a board Board Trustee at Commit2Change, a non profit that educates orphan girls from India.

​Relina recently completed the advanced real estate finance, development and sustainability program from the M.I.T Center forReal Estate and holds an M.S.E. in technology management from The Wharton School and the School of Engineering, University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. with a double major in economics and political science from the University of California at Berkeley.
