SFF: The Inspirational Session
Perspectives and people shaping the future of our industry.
Thursday 22nd Oct | 15:00-17:30
We'll come together for an afternoon of inspiration, fresh perspectives and thought-provoking conversations around what's next for fashion, technology and innovation.
We're bringing together entrepreneurs from our portfolio, H&M Group colleagues, friends from the industry and a selection of inspiring external voices to explore the ideas, shifts and opportunities shaping what comes next.
For this session, we'll be joined by two exceptional speakers:
Kiara Nirghin – award-winning AI technologist, entrepreneur and best-selling author. Recognized by TIME and Forbes among the world's most influential young innovators, Kiara first gained international attention for using technology to address climate-related challenges. From leading AI research at Stanford to advocating for the responsible use of technology, she is passionate about how innovation can drive meaningful societal and environmental impact. Kiara will share her journey, lessons learned along the way, and her perspective on how technology, sustainability and human creativity can come together to shape a better future.
Stefan Krook – serial entrepreneur, author, impact investor, Chairman & co-founder of Kivra. Through ventures that combine business success with positive societal impact, Stefan has spent more than two decades challenging conventional thinking on growth and sustainability. He will share ideas from his latest work, The Laghum Economy, exploring how innovation, markets and sustainability can work together to create long-term value.
The conversations will be led by Johan Ek, Portfolio Operations & Finance Manager, New Growth & Ventures, H&M Group and Nanna Andersen, Managing Director, New Growth & Ventures, H&M Group, followed by a short reflection session before we continue the afternoon with networking, drinks and light refreshments.
Expect a dynamic session with unexpected perspectives and plenty of food for thought.
