Who it's for
Whether you're completely new to Sanctum or a regular practitioner, this experience is open to all levels.
You don't need any previous experience, just a willingness to move, breathe and be fully present.
What to bring
Please wear trainers suitable for movement and comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the session.
