​​​​​​Retreat's program:


A three-days retreat unfolded, offering a journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation.

Day 1: Participants began with sunrise yoga, followed by meditation and a silent walk. Swimming, discussions, and fun activities filled the day, ending with a silent walk and having iftar.

Day 2: Silence embraced the day, guiding yoga, meditation, and a reflective walk. Journaling, a brief mountain hike, and yoga by sunset and having iftar around a fire circle.

Day 3: Yoga, meditation, and swimming set the tone. Free time allowed for personal exploration, followed by magical yoga and Fun Acro-yoga Sessions. A closing circle marked the end, with participants Having iftar together before departing for Cairo, carrying newfound tranquility and wisdom.

For non-fasting yoga lovers breakfast could be handled after sessions

  4. ​​​​​​​​Limited Phone Use: Phones are not allowed during the retreat to minimize distractions. There will be designated times for utilization.

Roba salem

With over fifteen years of experience (+600HRs) YTT Hatha, Ashtanga, Neurology & Pranayama teacher, massage therapist, Sound healer, Tai-Chi, and Reflexology practitioner.

​​​​​​​​​At a young age, I was drawn to a spiritual way of living and a mind-body connection. I loved yoga from the start .Soon I discovered that my yoga mat is the place where I found a sense of contentment, self-awareness, and the unity between self, body, and mind .
As a teacher, I realized that yoga is for everyone. Even though, with different body abilities and needs. My classes are tailored in a way to let all the students have the opportunity to get on the path at their own pace. Through offering several modifications.

​​​​​​​​​​I find immense joy, satisfaction, and inspiration in observing students discover their own personal yoga journey full of hope to nurture and encourage them along the way.
