This year’s Summer Social takes place at the private Tamahaac Club in Ancaster — a hidden gem overlooking the escarpment and the perfect backdrop for a summer evening inspired by the effortless charm of an après pickleball social.
We encourage guests to arrive early and join us for our special Reset & Connect experience with Personal Growth Coach, Ashlee Livingstone — an intentional opportunity to regulate your energy, clear the mental noise of a busy day, and shift into a calmer, more confident state before networking.

About Ashlee Livingstone
Ashlee Livingstone is a Personal Growth Coach who helps women in business master their mental fitness. Specializing in somatic tools and strategic coaching, she teaches high performers how to regulate their energy and clear the mental noise of a busy day.
Ashlee is the founder of Regulate, where she supports women in ditching “balance” for “harmony.” She is also the co-host of The Calm Collective, a wellness podcast for women.
