Join us for a plunge, breathwork, good vibes, and a warm coffee together!
We’ll meet at 11:00, with icebreakers, breathwork, plunge as a group, then warm up with coffee and pastries at @vessel. Coffee, pastry and hot tea are included in the price.
Bring a big towel, flip-flops, and your best energy. Note: there’s no changing space, so your towel will be your cloak!
