Don't Marry the Model.

Welcome to a dine and build Switched ON session

We all fell in love with Claude. Then ChatGPT had a glow-up.

Round it goes. It is the skinny jean all over again. Everyone declares a winner, everyone moves across, and everyone quietly starts again. Or you stay where you are, watching someone else build something brilliant while you sit it out.

Moving is usually the right call. It is the starting again that costs you.

Because if the way you work lives inside one tool's chat window, switching means rebuilding the lot from memory. The voice you trained it into. The rules you repeated nine times before it listened. All of it typed back in on a Sunday, while the thing you actually do for a living waits. A fortnight of your life, every time the market gets excited.

If your way of working collapses when you try to chase the new shiny thing, you've not built a system. You've got dependency.

There is another way to do this.

You build the five things that belong to you. Who you are speaking to. What good looks like. The examples that show your taste. The process you follow. Where your judgement stays in charge. Get those out of your head and into plain files on your own machine, and they travel. When the next clever thing launches, you point it at your system and you are working by lunchtime.

Tools change. Context travels.

Building my own AI operating system is the most useful thing I have ever done. It meant pulling apart the way I had always worked, which was properly painful, and worth every minute. I am not building on rented land any more.

On the night, I will show you how to build yours.

The evening, in two acts.

Act one. Learn and build. Where AI actually stands right now, no hype. What an AI operating system is, and what it costs you to keep working without one. Then we work on yours, together, in the room. Bring a laptop.

Act two. Ask and share. Ask me anything. Bring the real AI problem you are stuck on and we solve it live. Or tell the room what you are building.

And there is dinner. An evening to feed your brain and your tum.

Who it's for

Anyone working with AI most days who can feel their setup getting away from them. Anyone who has ever wanted to move tools and could not face it. Anyone with Claude envy.

You do not need to be technical. If you can make a folder on your desktop, you are qualified. If you have never made one in your life, you will be fine, because we do it together and nobody in this room is pretending.

You're not behind.

Spaces are deliberately limited, so the room stays small enough to actually build in.

Dress code: whatever makes you feel sparkly.

Come and get Switched ON.
