 Tickets may be transferred to another participant until 48 hours before the event. Requests must be sent in writing to 

 with the application form provided of the transferred person.

 If the conference is canceled entirely, a full refund will be issued. In case of rescheduling, tickets remain valid; refunds on request.

 If the event must be canceled, interrupted, or modified due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, illness of key personnel, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or venue unavailability), no liability shall arise.

 Participation is at your own risk. Organizers are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for injury to life, body, or health. The organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

 Photos and video recordings will be taken during the event for documentation and public relations of the organizers, sponsoring & partners. By attending, participants consent to their possible appearance in such material. Objections can be raised at the check-in desk.

German law applies; venue of jurisdiction is Munich.
