About Oliver Jay
Oliver Jay is a leadership performance coach for emerging Founders and Revenue Leaders of high-growth technology ventures. He has scaled multiple high-growth unicorns from early-stage through IPO. As Asana’s first Chief Revenue Officer, Jay was responsible for building and leading the company’s revenue-related teams. Within 5 years, the business grew from less than $20mn to $500mn run-rate revenue. He also led the company's international expansion efforts across 9 countries, growing international revenue contribution to over half of Asana's revenue by the time the company publicly listed.
Prior to Asana, Jay was an early business executive at Dropbox, where they were the early pioneers of Product-Led-Growth. Jay was initially responsible for building out the revenue team and was subsequently Head of Asia Pacific and Latin America.
