Community Pride Gathering

​We're partnering with The Fancy Hippie Group, Words of the People, Black Queer Tulsa and Freedom Oklahoma to bring together Tulsa's 2SLGBTQIA+ neighbors for an afternoon of connection and storytelling centered on sustained commitment to community.

​Everyone is invited to bring zines or upcoming event flyers to add to our shared resource table.

​Free street parking is available and refreshments will be provided.

​Event flow

​Noon — Doors open

​12:30 — Color Match facilitated by Lindsey with Black Queer Tulsa*

​1:00 — Barter Market facilitated by Claire with Words of the People**

​2:30 — Connection Circle facilitated by Jazzy with Fancy Hippie Group

​3:00 — Open mic performances, open to all

​3:30 — Event ends

​*Upon registering, you will be asked to provide your birthdate, which is necessary for the color match activity. This will not be shared with anyone else!

​**If you plan to participate in the barter market, we encourage you to bring handmade goods, seeds, clothes, services or stories to swap. No money involved. Please note that space is limited.
