Tea is one of the most ancient medicines and a timeless teacher of presence, relationship, and ritual.
In this 20 minute offering, tea acts as the conduit to connection and wisdom, while Tarot acts as a divining rod: a way of making visible the answers already living inside you. Together, these practices create a brief but profound moment of turning inward to access the body's knowing, the heart's answers, and the subtle current that runs beneath ordinary life.
We'll settle into stillness, let the body be cleansed and recharged by tea, and practice the ancient art of divination through card pulls.
The most profound answers often arrive without force.
About Lauren
Lauren Korshak, LMFT, is a somatic psychotherapist, writer, and founder of Lovewell (a group therapy and wellness practice) who weaves depth psychology, somatics, nervous system regulation, spirituality, and eco-conscious healing into individual medicine sessions, couples therapy, and group workshops.
She has loved and practiced Tarot and divination for decades, and is offering it here as a way to help Kinn members attune and tap into themselves and the wisdom of source over the profound and timeless ritual of tea.
