The Art of Movement Meditation
A somatic movement method that’s a combination of breathwork, guided movement, partner movement & visualization meditation.
The goal is to connect to yourself, your body and soul, as well as other participants. A beautiful embodiment practice that helps participants to move stuck energy and find joy in natural movements. (All levels)
ABOUT: Aylin Pashaian
Aylin is the founder of ‘Westside Yogis’ beach yoga studio based in Venice Beach, California. With a background in ballet and contemporary dance, her path naturally evolved into yoga, meditation, movement and sound healing.
She is passionate about sharing these practices with her community and regularly travels to Central America, Europe and London to host workshops, retreats and curated experiences. Aylin’s work is rooted in community, curiosity, and staying a lifelong student of movement and life.
