The Business/Cage You Designed: A Wreck the Room™ Workshop for Founders

You built a business most people only dream about building.

So why does it feel like a cage you designed for yourself?

Here's the uncomfortable truth. The rules running your company were written before you could drive. "Do it all yourself." "Never let them see you struggle." "Don't ask for help." "Outwork everyone in the room." Those rules got you here. They're also why you still can't hand anything off, and why you're answering emails at 11 PM after your team has gone home.

In two hours, I’m going to take you back to the moment one of those rules was written and help you tear it up. You'll walk out with a seven-day plan to run your business without it, plus a complimentary follow-up group coaching call to make sure it sticks.

This is a hands-on Wreck the Room™ workshop. You'll do guided writing and have honest conversations with other founders in a confidential room. Sharing is always optional. Squirming is likely.

Limited to 40 founders. Bring a pen. Wine and snacks provided.

About: Jody Friedman

Jody has spent two decades building six businesses, several of them seven-figure companies, and serves as music supervisor for The Bachelor franchise. By every outside measure, he had made it.

Then he lost his father, and one night at 3 a.m. a question hit him that he couldn't shake: whose life was he actually living? The answer became Wreck the Room™, a framework that helps founders find the roles they picked up long before they started a business and rebuild around who they are today.
