Workforce Readiness & Advancement Coalition

​Following the successful launch of the Phoenix Women’s Commission Equal Pay Convening, the work now moves forward.

​The Workforce Readiness & Advancement Coalition, formed in partnership with the Phoenix Women’s Commission and YWCA, brings together employers, policymakers, workforce leaders, and community partners committed to advancing pay equity, transparency, and economic mobility for women across the Phoenix region.

​This virtual convening will focus on the next phase of the work including coalition priorities, employer engagement strategies, policy exploration, and workforce advancement pathways that strengthen Phoenix’s economic competitiveness.

​Participants will hear key insights from the initial convening, learn how to engage in coalition working groups, and help shape the action agenda for the remainder of 2026.
