🍂 Afternoon Retreat: Let Go & Embrace the New Season 🍂
As summer gently gives way to autumn, nature offers us a powerful reminder: there is wisdom in letting go. Just as the trees release their leaves with grace and trust, this afternoon retreat invites you to pause, breathe, and create space for a new season within yourself.
Together, we'll begin with a grounding breathwork practice to settle the nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment. From there, you'll be guided through a nourishing, all-levels yoga flow with a gentle focus on opening the hips—the area where we often hold stress, tension, and unprocessed emotions. Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and moments of stillness, you'll be invited to soften, release, and reconnect with yourself.
As the body unwinds, surrender to an evocative sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, gong, and other healing instruments. The vibrations will gently wash through your body, helping to quiet the mind, restore balance, and create space for deep rest and renewal.
This is more than a yoga class or a sound bath—it's a seasonal ritual. An opportunity to honour what you've outgrown, release what no longer serves you, and embrace the next chapter with greater clarity, peace, and intention.
Whether you're seeking rest, emotional release, or simply an afternoon to reconnect with yourself, you'll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and ready to welcome autumn with an open heart.
