When did you last choose yourself?
On 5 September, Sanctum & Sisterly gather at Deerlands — 14 acres of ancient woodland in the Surrey Hills — for a day built around exactly that question.
Our special guest is Mimi Ikonn, whose new book inspired the theme of the day.
The day includes a Sanctum immersive nature walk, honest conversations with founders and experts — including Dr Tam — on life’s transitions and women’s health, a long sharing lunch prepared on site, and an afternoon grounding session to close. The panel is moderated by author and journalist Alice Smellie.
Guests will also have access to Deerlands’ wellness facilities — sauna, steam room, pool and hot tub — throughout the day.
