Flämingo Accelerator Q&A

​Applications for our Winter/Spring Cohort 2027 are open until 22 November 2026. In this one-hour online session, the Flämingo Startup Hub team will walk you through the program and answer your questions live, from eligibility and the application itself to what the time on-site in Brandenburg will look like, and more.

​About the accelerator
The Flämingo Accelerator is a six-month, equity-free growth program for startups in Mobility, Transport & Logistics, Creative Industries (incl. Media & ICT) and Health. It combines online mentoring with on-site phases at our hub in Brandenburg, close to Berlin, together with our cluster partners DB mindbox, Media Deals and the Fraunhofer institutes IZI-BB and ZDD.

​Examples of topics you can bring:

• ​Who can apply: startups founded in the last five years in Germany or the EU, with an MVP and first customers or pilots

• ​Registering a business or branch in Brandenburg, and what that involves in practice (Hint: we support you in this process and you can register your business at the hub)

• ​The program dates and details

• ​The residency: the possibility for up to one month of accommodation with vegetarian full board, coworking space, makerspaces for prototyping, and community-building

• ​What makes an application stand out
