World Frequency Day @TheNestHollywood

On 11/11 we are holding a special Embodied Earth Sound Bath @thenesthollywood to raise money for the Frequency School an initiative that uses sound, music and wellness to nurture the mind, body and energetic health of youth.

We invite you to join us at 7:30pm for an evening of mindfulness, meditation and vibration lead by @jonotsolittle

World Frequency Day events support @thefrequencyschool work with young people and communities around the world. Your donation helps expand the impact beyond 11/11 and reach more young people and in more communities that need it most.

At @ourearthcalling we see music and creativity as the medicine the Earth Needs right now, that’s why we invite you to join us next Wednesday and hold the vision that more youth around the world will have access to music, mindfulness & wellness tools for the mind, body & spirit.
