Workshop: Transitioning to Solids
A practical and supportive workshop for parents getting ready to start solids, in partnership with Sprout Feeding Therapy.
Starting solids is a big milestone — and one that often comes with a lot of questions. Join The Nest for a warm, practical workshop for parents who are getting ready to begin solids or have recently started. Together, we’ll talk through readiness signs, feeding approaches, common myths, and simple ways to make mealtimes feel more relaxed and joyful.
Come learn, ask questions, and leave feeling more confident about this next stage.
Note: This workshop is open to all Nest members, but is most relevant for parents of babies 3-10 months!
About our Facilitator, Dani:
This workshop will be led by Dani Edelstein, speech-language pathologist and founder of Sprout Feeding Therapy
Dani supports children and families navigating a wide range of feeding challenges, including picky eating, difficulty transitioning to solids, developmental delays, sensory aversions, oral motor delays, autism, ARFID, allergies, and more.
Dani is certified in three major feeding therapy approaches — SOS, AEIOU, and Sensory-Motor — and is known for tailoring her care to meet each child’s individual needs.
Through Sprout Feeding Therapy, Dani offers feeding evaluations, weekly feeding therapy, picky-eating groups, and parent training. Sprout’s mission is to support and empower parents throughout their child’s feeding journey and help make mealtimes more joyful.
