Group Coaching Session: Designing Your Alter Ego to Achieve Your Goals in 2026
It’s a new year, and with it comes new aspirations and goals for the year to come.
But have you ever set goals for yourself at the start of the year, only to lose steam after just a few months?
This session is aimed at preventing that from happening by designing your Alter Ego for 2026.
In the book Atomic Habits, James Clear encourages us to begin with identity if we want to achieve our goals. Instead of asking “What do I want to achieve?” he says to ask, “Who do I want to become?”
Creating habits linked to our identity means that every single time we perform these habits, it strengthens our chosen identity. Suddenly, reaching a goal doesn’t seem like such a difficult task, because it simply becomes a part of who we are.
Together, I’ll coach you through a series of questions to design our Alter Egos. We’ll then create habits that will help you to embody your Alter Ego and reach your goals in 2026.
