Resonance: A Virtual Breathwork & Sound Activation Journey

​Resonance is a live, online breathwork and sound activation journey guided by Seeds of Light and Renegade Activations.

​Across two and a half immersive hours, we’ll move through an intentionally designed arc of meditation, somatic breathwork, frequency music, and group integration, creating space to breathe, release, and return to yourself.

​This experience is designed for all levels. You’ll receive clear guidance throughout.

• ​A computer/tablet and strong internet connection is encouraged for the best audio experience

• ​Cameras and verbal sharing are optional

​After reserving your seat, you’ll receive the waiver, calendar details, preparation guide, and breathwork instructions. After the waiver is signed and sent back, you will receive your zoom link.
