The LMU Transfer & Entrepreneurship Center presents: Founders' Fireside Chat

We're back with the second edition of our monthly Founders' Fireside Chat series – and we couldn't be more excited about this one. Our featured guest is Katharina Kreitz, Co-Founder of Vectoflow GmbH, in conversation with Dr. Philipp Baaske – Co-Founder of NanoTemper and LMU Vice President for Entrepreneurship – who hosts the series as a founder himself. The evening will be moderated by Natascha Zeljko, Director Entrepreneurship Ecosystem at LMU.

The Founders' Fireside Chat is a fully dialogue-driven, Q&A-based, informal, and close-up event series. No keynotes. Instead, in-depth conversations with experienced founders who've been through the trenches.

Katharina Kreitz studied mechanical engineering at TU Munich and co-founded Vectoflow in 2015 – essentially bootstrapped, with a clear vision: to revolutionize flow measurement technology. Today, Vectoflow serves customers in over 75 countries, counts NASA, Airbus, Porsche, Tesla, and nearly every Formula 1 team among its clients, and operates what is arguably the world's most precise aerodynamic sensing technology. Having stepped back from day-to-day operations, Katharina is now building her next venture – and ready to share what she's learned along the way.

Dr. Philipp Baaske co-founded NanoTemper, a deep-tech company that grew from an LMU spin-off into a global player in life sciences instrumentation. As LMU's Vice President for Entrepreneurship, he now helps the next generation of founders take that same leap.

Under the motto #HowIBuiltIt, this evening is about the real story behind building a company – the decisions, the setbacks, and what it actually takes to scale.

If you want unfiltered insights into deep-tech entrepreneurship, bootstrapping to global market leadership, building a team, and knowing when it's time for your next chapter, this is the place to be.

Drinks will accompany the evening for a relaxed get-together in an informal atmosphere.

Join us for an inspiring, interactive evening at the LMU Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center!
