Hale athletic breath x Technogym

​I'd like to invite you to a private morning with Hale and Technogym on 7 November, 09:30 to 10:45, at the Technogym Concept Store in Stockholm. We're 12 guests working in pairs with Hale coaches, trying the equipment and seeing how breathing applies to treadmill, bike, lifting and reformer. Along the way we run a few measurements, a body screening and our breathing technology for athletes, so you see your own breathing patterns in real time. Wind down, mingle and breakfast afterwards.
