Alma Growth Hacks | Building a Revenue-First Go-to-Market Strategy with Hazel Nabarro
Most early-stage marketing decisions get made under pressure, with no clear strategy behind them, and no link back to revenue. The result is wasted spend, unclear positioning, and growth that feels harder than it should.
In this session of Alma Growth Hacks, we're joined by Hazel Nabarro, Founder of FemFinity, to break down how founders can build a go-to-market strategy that's lean, focused, and tied directly to commercial results.
Drawing on over a decade working across VC-backed startups and founder ecosystems, Hazel will share how to cut through the noise and focus on what actually drives traction.
This session will cover:
How to audit what's actually working in your current GTM and where you're losing momentum
How to build a lean, focused strategy around one clear goal and one core growth channel
How to connect short-term traction to a longer-term growth roadmap
The session will close with a live Q&A, so bring your real questions 🔥
Whether you're refining your first GTM motion or looking to make your marketing work harder for your revenue goals, this session will give you a practical framework to take away.
