Unique Access: Women's Health Month
September is Women's Health Month, and it's time we had a deeper conversation around this topic: perimenopause, hormones, and what it really takes to age with vitality.
Join me for coffee - grab a seat. I'll be sitting down with a few incredible women in business, all working in the health and wellness space, for a relaxed, candid conversation about hormones, longevity, and what it actually looks like to thrive through this chapter of life. What makes this conversation extra special: each of these women is also a business owner in her own right - women who've built their careers around the very things they're passionate about. This isn't just expertise from behind a desk; it's insight from women who live and run their businesses around health, wellness, and helping others thrive. No formal presentations, no scripted talking points - just real questions and honest answers, moderated by me, with plenty of room for the group to ask their own questions too.
Open to ALL - this gathering is curated for anyone looking to live a healthier life, support local business, and build real connection. As always with Unique Access, I love highlighting unique spaces, unique topics, and bringing people together.
You'll also get to see CPR demonstrations on-site, in partnership with the American Heart Association - a skill every one of us should know, and one that could someday help save a life.
Join me for a morning where we explore a lineup of unique local health, fitness, and wellness vendors.
What to expect:
A relaxed, moderated coffee chat with women in business working in the health and wellness space - candid insight, not a formal panel
Live CPR demonstrations with the American Heart Association
Coffee, light bites, and drinks, provided by our hosts
A curated room of people ready for a real conversation - no pitches, no forced icebreakers
An easy way to connect with other attendees, and personal introductions throughout the morning
We're asking for a suggested $15 donation at the door, benefiting my Executive Heart Walk with the American Heart Association - a cause close to my heart, and one small way this morning gives back beyond the room or to a organization you are passionate about!
Spots are limited - I'd love for you to join me.
A heartfelt thank you to the incredible women joining this conversation:
