No matter the audience size, topic, participation challenges, or even technical failures, the beginning and ends of your session can create impactful moments to engage and unite learners around your outcomes, and most importantly each other. We'll talk about how to engage attention from the beginning and how to end the session strong, not just with a "well that's all we have for today".
