Longevity Club Amsterdam: Know your numbers (first meeting, free)
We are starting a club: one Sunday morning a month at a tea house in Amsterdam, for people who take their health seriously and would rather not work it all out alone.
Each month we invite a guest who knows their field, they talk for half an hour, and then we ask the questions we have all been googling at midnight. After that we stay and talk. The same faces come back month after month, which is rather the point. The talks are the reason to come the first time.
The first gathering: know your numbers
What your bloodwork actually tells you. Which markers are worth checking long before anything hurts. How to read a result without spiralling, and what is genuinely worth acting on.
Our guest will be announced shortly, and you will get their name by email before the morning.
How it goes
11:30 Tea and introductions.
11:45 The guest speaks.
12:15 Your questions. Usually the best part.
12:30 We stay on. The tea house is open all day.
Who comes
People who have read more about health at midnight than they would like to admit. People who moved to Amsterdam in the last few years and whose circle is still mostly work. People who would rather talk over tea than over drinks, and who would like to get ahead of things rather than wait for something to go wrong.
Not a clinic, not a gym, and not a networking night. No pitching, no business cards, no bar.
Practical

We are a community, not a clinic. Nothing here is medical advice, and we do not diagnose or treat.
