This special Soft Restore class will combine 1 hour of restorative yoga with a hands-on aromatherapy workshop led by my dear friend, herbalism enthusiast, Raquel Perez!
✨ What to expect:
• 1 hour of slow, grounding Soft Restore yoga
• Guided breathwork and relaxation
• An introduction to the benefits and uses of aromatherapy
• Create your own personalized aromatherapy spray to take home
• A peaceful space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself
No previous yoga or aromatherapy experience is needed. Come as you are and give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and restore.
