Who cares for Family Caregivers by Talos Health
75,000 people in Central Florida are caring for someone they love. Most of them are doing it alone.
Caregiving in Central Florida is everyone's problem and no one's department. Hospitals see the patient. Agencies see the case. Nonprofits see the family. Almost no one sees the caregiver, and the people working on it rarely end up in the same room.
On October 22, they will be. In one evening, you will:
Hear it from the people living it. A caregiver's story and a panel that includes family caregivers and the disability community, not only professionals.
See Rezilia first. The first public look at an app built for the family caregiver, on the night it goes live.
Leave with something to act on. A partner to call, a program to refer families to, or a pilot to start.
If your work touches a family caring for someone at home, this evening is for you.
