​It is a sound healing session where instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, didgeridoo, drums, flutes, and other instruments guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

​What can you expect?

​· A calm and welcoming atmosphere.

​· An immersive experience, simply lying down and receiving the sounds.

​· Release of stress and energetic blockages.

​· The possibility of entering deep meditative states or even restorative sleep.

​· A gentle integration at the end of the session.

​For all people seeking inner peace, stress relief, deep rest, or exploration of their inner world through sound. No previous experience is needed—just come with a willingness to receive.
