About Event
This 2.5-hour all-levels workshop is designed to improve mobility, posture, spinal movement, and overall range of motion throughout the entire body.
Together, you’ll explore science-backed techniques to increase flexibility and mobility in the spine, shoulders, chest, and thoracic body while developing greater body awareness, control, and fluidity in movement. The workshop will also incorporate breathwork and mobility practices that support nervous system regulation, recovery, and sustainable flexibility.
Expect a dynamic blend of mobility work, deep stretching, controlled movement, and intentional flow focused on building strength, mobility, flexibility, and body awareness.
