Mindful Hike to the Wild Lake
Discover the Alta Garrotxa region on a circular hike from Sadernes to a hidden lake, perfect for a swim and some rest. Along the way, we’ll pass Talaixa — an abandoned rural settlement from the early 20th century — and enjoy forest trails, rocky landscapes, and sweeping views. A peaceful escape into one of the Pyrenees’ most unique and quiet corners.

We’ll take a long break and meditate in the abandoned village. We'll listen to the silence and explore a hidden corner of the Pyrenees. Please note that the route requires a moderate level of physical fitness.

We will reach the lake, if you want to swim, please do not forget a swim suit
