Talk description
Less Blabla with Workshops & Collaborative Methods
As complexity continues to escalate, the importance of bringing together individuals with diverse perspectives, opinions, and expertise becomes increasingly evident. When facing significant challenges, establishing collaboration with truth and trust becomes paramount.
This holds especially true for UX professionals, who must navigate a wide array of requirements and expectations from internal stakeholders and users, where collaboration ultimately shapes the outcomes.
Katja, author of the book "Workshops machen" (Conducting Workshops), presents an engaging and illustrated talk on the valuable contributions that workshops and collaborative methods can make to fostering exceptional collaboration.
The biggest part of the talk is dedicated to workshop hacks and practical approaches applicable to innovation, strategy, team building and decision making. You can integrate these methods as components within workshops or employ them independently during meetings.
