About Event

You're good at what you do. Clients who work with you are glad they did. And still, the business side feels harder than it should. Some months are full, some are quiet, and you can't say exactly why.

The usual response is to do more of everything. More posts, more networking, a new website, another course. It's tiring and it rarely works, because the problem usually sits in one specific place. And that place is often somewhere other than where you've been looking.

In this session I'll show you the map I use with my clients to find it. Then you'll use it on your own business, live.

What will happen:

  • Why the problem usually starts upstream from where it shows up

  • The map: the six stages every solo business runs on to bring clients in

  • 15 quiet minutes to find your own break point and write it down

  • A live hot seat: one volunteer, one real business, worked through in front of everyone

  • What fixing it looks like, and where to get help if you want it

You leave with the one place your business leaks, named in a single sentence. And if you want to go further, you can book a free 30-minute call where we check whether the break you found is the real one, and what fixing it would take.

Who it's for: experienced freelancers and solopreneurs who know their craft and roughly who they serve, but whose client flow feels unpredictable. If you're just starting out, this one will come too early.

Bring your business, a pen, and your camera on if you can. We'll be working.

About me: I'm Ricardo. I help experienced freelancers make what they know impossible to ignore, and easy to buy. I run the Solo Accelerator and wrote The Adventure of Becoming a Solopreneur. I once spent two years with a full calendar and an empty bank account, so I know what it's like to work hard on the wrong part.
