The Year-End Work Pause: The Clearing

​December has a way of moving fast and feeling heavy at the same time. There is pressure to finish strong, show up for everything, and somehow also reflect meaningfully on the year — usually in a ten-minute window between back-to-back meetings.

​This session is that window, done properly. Through guided writing prompts, you will look honestly at what 2026 required of you, what it revealed about you, and what you are ready to stop carrying into the new year.

​Who should attend:
This session is for leaders who want to actually close the year — not just survive it. If you suspect that the official story of your 2026 and the real story are not quite the same, this is the space to figure out what was actually going on. You will leave with more clarity about what to put down and what to carry forward than any year-end review meeting will ever give you.
