The ZOMA Method — Walnut Creek Bodywork Pop-Up 🤍

Fascia • Lymphatic Support • Deep Release • Energy Reset

If you’ve been telling yourself, “I really need to get bodywork,” this may be the time to stop putting it off.

I’ll be in Walnut Creek October 20–22 offering a limited number of private ZOMA Method sessions.

The ZOMA Method is individualized, fascia-informed bodywork built around one idea: your body is connected. The place that hurts, feels tight, or keeps knotting up is not always the only place involved.

Instead of repeating the same massage routine, I assess what your body is presenting that day and adapt the session around you.

Your session may include:

• Therapeutic massage
• Fascia-focused and myofascial techniques
• Trigger-point work
• Lymphatic-supportive techniques
• Psoas, hip and low-back work
• Neck, shoulder and jaw work
• Stretching and assisted movement
• Cupping and Gua Sha
• Nervous-system downshifting
• Energy work and intentional touch

If you’ve been dealing with stubborn knots, tight hips, low-back tension, neck and shoulder tightness, limited mobility, heaviness, stress, or that feeling that your whole body just needs a reset, this is the kind of work I created the ZOMA Method for.

ZOMA™ The Fascia Cream™ is included in every session.

The cream and the method are not two separate ideas.

ZOMA™ The Fascia Cream™ was developed as part of the ZOMA Method experience. Its glide, hydration, aroma, and sensory qualities support the hands-on work while I follow the body’s interconnected fascial relationships.

The Method uses a tensegrity-informed approach to bodywork: rather than chasing one painful spot, we look at how tension may be distributed throughout the larger system.

The cream supports the hands-on work.
The Method guides the work.
Together, they are the ZOMA experience.

No two ZOMA Method sessions are exactly alike.

We listen. We assess. We adapt.

Session options

45 minutes — $100

RSVP to request your session. I’ll personally reach out to coordinate your exact appointment time and session length.

If your body has been asking you for attention, don’t wait until it has to ask louder.

Much love,
Carlos Om 🤍
