​On Tuesday, May 19th, Supervisors Melgar will introduce legislation to expand and renew the Housing Trust Fund, alongside the Mayor's introduction of legislation to lower inclusionary rate and reduce impact fees. Two critical steps to building more homes in San Francisco.
