​We've been busy in the roastery these past few months & to celebrate the arrival of spring, we’re revealing our inaugural Alcove coffee release — called "Dreams" made from a delightful blend of fruity Colombian varietals that remind us of chocolate covered strawberries. We worked with Preface to create this as a pleasing everyday coffee you can brew at home that never gets boring.

​If you're new to coffee society or already a total nerd, Alcove is the place to meet the coolest people behind the craft. Jeremy Bradford from Preface Coffee is an incredible roaster based in NYC who cares deeply about making small batch coffees more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

​Both coffees Jeremy will serve on bar are part of his new Anthology of New Futures release that feature the work of two emerging young producers from Colombia who are making an impact with their care for growing and processing nuanced coffees.
