About Event

Stepping into new opportunities requires distinguishing between healthy caution and self-sabotage, turning uncertainty into possibility rather than dread. Far too often, hesitation can look like prudence, leading us to retreat into the quiet safety of missed chances and unrealized potential. Increasing your risk tolerance is not about recklessly throwing open every door; it is about reading the weight of a decision clearly, so that fear stops making choices on your behalf.

This workshop offers a space to examine the hidden reasons behind why you pull back when opportunity knocks, helping you dismantle the imagined catastrophes that keep your world small. By learning to measure risk through the lens of alignment rather than anxiety, you will cultivate the courage to step beyond comfort into calculated momentum. Saying "yes" becomes an intentional act of expansion, a commitment to taking up space in your own life and trusting yourself to handle whatever meets you on the other side.

What you'll leave with:

  • A framework for evaluating opportunities beyond your default reaction

  • Insight into which yeses have quietly shaped your life so far

  • Confidence to say yes to things that scare you for the right reasons

  • A clearer sense of what's actually worth your yes

Led by Lindsay Prajza, Psychotherapist.
