Immigration Insiders with Jonathan Micale, Former Service Center Director at USCIS

​Jonathan Micale is a former Senior Executive at USCIS where he led the daily operations of immigration offices of up to 1,200 employees and approximately 250 contractors. At USCIS, Jonathan served in a variety of leadership roles—including Deputy Director for the Vermont Service Center, and most recently, the Director for the HART Service Center. He also served as a senior operational manager at the Texas Service Center, the Dallas Field Office, and periodically served in a number of USCIS HQ leadership roles. Prior to his government tenure, Jonathan was a private immigration attorney.

​Jonathan now owns and operates an immigration consulting company, Integra Strategic Advisors, where he uses his 25 years of operational experience and expertise to advise clients about the organizational health and performance of USCIS by interpreting immigration data and evaluating it in the context of the latest immigration policy guidance.
