​Series Description: Explore movement from a new perspective through a rotating series of aerial yoga workshops. Each experience introduces a focused theme to begin or expand your practice—from supported poses and flowing transitions to creative tricks, inversions, and expressive shapes.

​Designed to make movement feel fun and joyful, the series invites you to make space to rediscover play and novel experiences. Workshops are offered at varying levels, with beginner-friendly experiences available throughout the series.

​October 17 | Aerial Foundations + Flow - A beginner-friendly introduction to the aerial hammock. Learn foundational wraps, supported poses, approachable transitions, and a flowing sequence designed to build comfort and confidence in the air.

​October 31 | Aerial Tricks + Transitions
Explore the playful side of aerial movement through creative shapes, climbs, flips, and unexpected entries and exits. Finish by connecting several skills into a fun mini sequence—with plenty of photo-worthy moments along the way.
