Workshop: Relationship with Money - exploring your money scripts
We all grow up with different perspectives around money - whether it will solve our problems or demonstrate our worth or whether we pinch pennies or avoid even thinking about it. This interactive workshop helps us develop language and frameworks to dig into our individual beliefs and human emotions around money - about what we earn, what we give, what we need to feel secure - and how it impacts our work, our relationships, and our identities. This is a type of conversation we don’t often have, so we will create a safe space to explore these topics toward greater self-awareness of the role of money in our lives. You’ll leave with new insights and one area where you’d like to make a change.
What to expect:
Solo-journaling & pair-sharing with another participant - considering bringing a friend?
You choose your depth of sharing, no numbers required to have a meaningful session
No need to bring anything except maybe a pen / pencil
Very light refreshments will be served.
Minimal ticket price to cover venue cost - I don’t want the ticket price to be an obstacle, so please contact Tiana (tiana@tianav.com) for a code if you otherwise wouldn’t attend.
