Reset & Refresh the Way of the Polar Bears: Morning Ice Bath & Coffee

Start Day 2 of HOI the traditional Finnish way with a morning dip at the iconic Allas Pools in Helsinki. Alternating between the cold pool and the sauna, the session offers a refreshing reset, followed by coffee, breakfast and good conversation. The aim is to bring clarity and community to our shared vision for a better world, one where both humans and polar bears thrive. All are welcome to join the bathers, though the cold-pool and sauna rounds may not suit every body, so come prepared for that. If you’re on the fence, take the plunge.

What to expect?

6:30 welcome and safety briefing, 7:00 sauna and ice dips, 8:00 freshen up, 8:30 coffee, tea and good conversations, 9:00 ready for the day.
