Coping At What Cost? Webinar
Coping is an essential part of navigating stress, pressure and difficult experiences. But sometimes, the things we do to feel better in the moment can create bigger problems in the long run.
Coping at What Cost? explores how young people respond to academic pressure, uncertainty, relationships, failure and other everyday challenges; and when those coping strategies begin to negatively affect their wellbeing.
In this session, we’ll explore the effects of unhealthy coping, including increased anxiety and stress, emotional exhaustion, burnout, avoidance and isolation, while helping participants recognise harmful coping patterns and discover healthier ways to navigate difficult experiences.
Join us for an honest conversation about how we cope, what it may be costing us, and how we can choose healthier ways forward.
