I'd Rather Masturbate than Meditate: Developing Embodiment Through Erotic Practice
What if self-pleasure could become a pathway to deeper embodiment, creativity, vitality, and connection?
In celebration of International Masturbation Month, join certified somatic sex educator Shauna Farabaugh for an engaging workshop exploring the transformative potential of intentional erotic practice.
Through guided somatic exercises and facilitated discussion, you’ll learn how habitual patterns in solo pleasure may limit sensation, presence, and possibility — and how mindful self-pleasure can expand your relationship to your body, your eroticism, and your overall well-being.
Together, we’ll explore:
Embodiment through erotic awareness
Mindful Masturbation as a personal practice
Expanding erotic creativity and pleasure capacity
Bringing greater presence into partnered intimacy
This is a fully clothed, educational, non-sexual workshop designed to support curiosity, self-awareness, and embodied learning in a safe and welcoming environment.
